Have you ever wondered how barley, water, yeast, and hops become
beer? We offer small-group tours of our
brewery on Saturday afternoons, where you can see the process in
action and find out. Our brewhouse is a state-of-the-art brewing
facility, with an annual capacity of 8000 barrels (that's about
250,000 gallons, or almost 2 million pints). All of our equipment
comes from the respected Kaspar-Schultz brewhouse manufacturers of
Bamberg, Germany, who have been in business since 1677.
